It's very easy as a business owner to get bogged down by the day-to-day tasks of running a studio, but with the accountability of a mentor you will find yourself making more of an effort to 'get stuff done', because you don't want to show up and say you've not done what you said you would.
I can't deny how much my success is down to having to be accountable for my actions and keeping me pushing through when things get a bit harder (as they always do when your a business owner). What is The Academy?
The Academy is a student-led course, that is broken into manageable chunks to avoid overwhelm.
It's delivered in a specific order to make sure you do everything that needs to be done correctly without missing out the steps you 'don't want to do!' (there are some bits of business that are less fun than others but shouldn't be avoided).
The course takes you on a journey to improving your business one step at a time. Just the same way I did when I was first growing my business and all the things I have tried that worked since.
The course is accompanied by weekly group zoom calls where you can ask for help, get advice, feedback and listen to others work through their difficulties.
It took me three years to accomplish everything in the course, however you can work through it at your own pace taking as long or as little time as you need to accomplish each stage.
There is no minimum time you must stay in The Academy nor a maximum. It's a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time.
